1. The service and business roles

Rise Buy Fly Travels Inc. receives inquiries and provides traveler follow-up and any booking services offered in response. It is an independent travel business, not an airline. ADNOON manages advertising only and does not provide travel services, issue tickets, collect ticket payments, or handle refunds.

This website is not a live inventory or immediate ticketing system. Airline names are used to describe preferences or travel options; they do not imply official affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership.

2. Submitting a request

Provide accurate contact details and itinerary preferences. A phone number is required for follow-up; an email address is optional. Only submit someone else’s information if you have their authorization.

3. Quotes and booking confirmation

A proposed itinerary or quote is subject to confirmation. Fares, schedules, routes, cabin availability, seat assignments, and taxes may change before ticketing. We do not guarantee the lowest price, a discount, a particular airline, or availability.

A booking is confirmed only when Rise Buy Fly confirms it and the applicable payment and ticketing steps have been completed. Review names, dates, airports, connections, baggage, and ticket conditions before authorizing a booking.

4. Prices, fees, and payments

The inquiry forms do not take a ticket payment or authorize a charge. Before a later purchase, Rise Buy Fly must explain the complete price, applicable taxes, separate service fees, payment arrangements, and the ticket conditions.

Any service, processing, change, or cancellation fee must be disclosed before you agree to the relevant transaction. Ask for clarification if a charge or condition is unclear. Do not send payment-card details through this website’s inquiry forms.

5. Airline and supplier conditions

Airline conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage allowances, change restrictions, check-in deadlines, and other supplier conditions apply to the chosen travel product. These vary by carrier, itinerary, cabin, and fare.

For a booking made through Rise Buy Fly, contact Rise Buy Fly about a requested change, cancellation, credit, or refund. For a booking made elsewhere, contact the original provider.

7. Travel documents and general preferences

Travelers are responsible for verifying and obtaining valid passports, visas, transit permissions, and entry documents required by the relevant authorities and airlines. Consult the appropriate official sources before travel.

General preferences, seating requests, ancillary services, special assistance, and cabin requests are subject to actual availability and airline confirmation. Please do not enter medical information or travel-document numbers in an inquiry.

8. Acceptable website use

Do not submit fraudulent inquiries, misuse another person’s information, interfere with the site or security controls, or use the website for unlawful activity. Website content and original design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party airline names remain the property of their owners.
